On April 1st, 1983 Owner Ernest McCarty, sons Lee and David, and 7 other employees opened for business in Alabaster Alabama. At that time the population of Alabaster was around 7,000 people and the dealership started with 10 vehicles in inventory. Now, 25 years later, Ernest McCarty Ford employes over 100 people and sits in the heart of a thriving city population nearing 30,000. On average, the dealership stocks nearly 400 new and used vehicles of every variety, as well as a full service Body Shop, Parts Department and Service Department- All offering convenient hours of operation to fit the needs of all customers.
